We just complted our Main Session for SFC COOP. The session was OK. There was a lot of open disscussion as a team addressing issues. Overall no proposals were voted on but we did get some good potential solutions. There is plenty of disagreement between workers. Overall the biggest issues was regarding expecations. One worker quit because their expecation was to get full pay even though they did not have output or deliverales for the month. we still pay more than half of the pay, but the other half wouldl require to actually produce output and dleiverables based on our current policies. Moving forward one of the main options being proposed is to biuld a new team focused on following policies in a leanear fastion and having continuity of policies. If we don’t want to follow a policy then maybe we shouldn’t have that policy. More will be disscussed in the coming weeks to see how we can move forward as a team, but it is certianly is crunch time as we need to get income generation ASAp otherwsie more people will leave including jay.
